We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of use, damage, or tampering.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please check your bank account or credit card statement again. If your refund is still missing, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
